Take advantage of opportunities to get up and get moving with these workshops, sessions and activities designed to keep you active throughout the day.
We encourage you to pre-register for Walk & Talk workshops as most have a limit to the number of participants. There is no additional charge for Walk & Talk workshops; however, if you sign up and find you can’t attend, please let us know!

These activities will take place out-of-doors, so please dress for the weather and for walking.

Netwalking® (2:15pm – 3:15pm) –  Session Led by Dr. Bob Sallis (Kaiser Permanente)
