Join leaders and organizers from around the nation to deliver the message that we need safe, accessible communities so that everyone can walk. The Walk the Hill Day, organized by America Walks, will start with an issues and advocacy training, and then participants will Walk the Hill to deliver our message and advocate for specific legislative requests. (Includes Breakfast)
This activity will include out-of-doors activities, so please dress for the weather and for walking.

- Walk the Hill Day Webinar (October 9, 2pm Eastern)- Join us for a What’s Happening in Washington to get briefed on the latest issues and find out how your efforts can help. Watch the recording of the webinar here.

- Walk the Hill Day Training (October 28, 8am-11:30am Eastern)- Your day will start with an issues and advocacy training. Learn what to expect from Congressional meetings, review talking points with experts on the issues and practice your advocacy skills before heading to Capitol Hill. Breakfast will be served.
- Walk the Hill Day Meetings (October 28, 12pm-5pm Eastern)- Meet with Congressional offices to talk about issues related to the walking movement. Put your feet to the ground to take our talking points to Capitol Hill and urge lawmakers to create a walkable America.
